The capa­city moni­to­ring system observes the mate­rial throughput on drying and conveying units. It helps to prevent too high mate­rial through­puts and allows the crea­tion of meaningful statis­tics.

The System avoids high, produc­­tion-endan­­ge­­ring mate­rial through­puts

The gravi­metric system can easily be installed on top of the drying hopper or directly on the feeder of the produc­tion machine using special adap­tors which can be supplied on request. The measured values can be evaluated through the QC900-controller of a drying unit, through the controller of a central loading station or on external side through a 4 to 20mA signal.
