Central drying stations combined with central mate­rial hand­ling need to prear­ranged in detail. Layouts, desi­gned with profes­sional 3D-CAD soft­ware, provide impres­sive drafts, faci­li­tate visions and allow opti­miz­a­tion long before instal­la­tion.
In addi­tion, our central systems feature immense possi­bi­li­ties in energy savings, stabi­lity of the drying process and a high trans­pa­rency in mate­rial hand­ling.

The central operated controller allows the adjus­t­ment of each single mate­rial sepa­rator and of each single drying unit without compro­mi­sing its inde­pen­dent opera­tion. Plenty ways of commu­ni­ca­tion are avail­able for data exchange with external machines and systems.

The capa­city moni­to­ring system observes the mate­rial throughput on drying and conveying units. The gravi­metric system can easily be installed on top of the drying hopper or directly on the feeder of the produc­tion machine using special adap­tors which can be supplied on request.
